Card 21 forest waterfall Oregon
Hi, I’m Jamie. I take all of the photos I use for my cards myself. I also design and print all of the cards myself. All of my cards are 5.5″ x 4.25″. They are all blank inside. My cards are all printed on non-coated, 100% post-consumer recycled paper. The Paper was made using wind power. The clear sleeves are also biodegradable. All of my cards are $4 each, and every 5th card is FREE! I love taking nature photos and it makes me happy to share the beauty I have discovered with you and to know that my photos are bringing joy and inspiration to your loved ones as well. This waterfall is one of many magical waterfalls hidden deep within the Willamette National Forest in Oregon, USA. To get there I hiked over footbridges made of logs, and across rushing creeks. I followed along the narrow winding foot trail through dense lush green forest for quite some distance, and every so many feet the trail meandered it’s way along the edge of a rushing creek. Then I discovered another log bridge crossing the creek.
On the other side the trail lead up a steep hillside through the forest. I could hear the roar of the waterfall before I could even see it. As the waterfall came into view, I could hardly hear anything but the sound of the water pouring down and splashing against the rocks. I could feel the mist on my face. The air was much fresher as if the mist had cleaned it. I breathed it in deeply. Then I took this photo.
